How To Register

After you register and found out you do not like the phone number that had been given, there is a way for you to change your new phone number.

 By login into www.tunetalk.com selfcare page, you can check your balance and also change your phone number. For new registered user, changing their phone number during first 48 hours will be free, after that it will charge you RM5 for any change of phone number.
To register Tone Excel when you get your sim card, you will just only need to send a SMS(using existing workable line not the new sim card) as shown below:

1. Steps for those that are new member to activate the Tone Excel sim card + register as a member + use back old phone number + bank account

 **The [OPTIONAL] is for those that wanted to used back old phone number and the bank account will be used to transfer the monthly earned commission.

1. Code "ad"
2. IC full name
3. the last 8 digits in sim card
4. IC number / passport number
5. address (till postcode)
6. the last 4 digits that you prefer
7. [OPTIONAL] old phone number and old phone number's telco name
8. [OPTIONAL] bank name and bank account no. [can register later just see the 5.] 
9. introducer’s name and membership number, eg: idp136624

Example:

* remember the last 8 digits in sim card, make sure your introducer’s membership number is correct. Because after registered, the introducer can’t be change any more.

* After 1 hour the company will reply that you’ve succeed to register, take your sim card and use it to send at least 1 SMS for your upline to earn the Fast Track. The 16 digits behind the sim card is the number for insurance, keep that part.

 ** Important ** 

Keep the bigger card that comes with the sim card and with 16 digits of number behind it, it is your PA Insurance card. And the first RM80 that you paid to buy the sim card will comes with RM30 of credit but is without TT point for you to exchange AirAsia ticket. And when you first month you get the sim card, there is no needs for you to topup for that month to earn the commission.

 2. Steps for those to register only the old phone number. This steps is to whom that already activated their sim card and done registered as Tone Excel member, and still wants to use back an old phone number.

 3. Steps for those who wanted to register ONLY as Tone Excel member. This is to whom that already activated their sim card but still haven't register as Tone Excel member and don't have Tone Excel member ID.

3. the last 8 digits in sim card
4. IC number / passport number
5. address (till postcode)
6. contact number
7. introducer’s name and membership number, eg: idp136624

 4. Steps for those that ONLY wants to activate Tone Excel sim card

 5. Steps for those that already activate sim card and already a registered Tone Excel member with ID given. Mostly do this process is because they forgot to insert their bank account or don't have an bank account during the time they register.

** Beside register your bank account using SMS, you can also insert your bank account by go to www.toneexcel.com, login with the Username : [IC number] and password : [1234].

 P.S. Take my advice and change your password after your first time login for your own good.
